These tough, compact scrubbers combine the productivity of riders, with the maneuverability of walk-behinds. TOMCATs are designed to clean schools, malls, warehouses, retail outlets, and will stand up to the daily rigors of contract cleaning.With multiple scrub paths and two specialized cleaning systems to choose from, TOMCAT offers the performance and capacity required to clean your unique application.The two “Disk” machines, with 38” and 52” scrub paths, offer gimbaled brush drive and 35% more scrubbing power than other machines.The “Cylindrical” machine, with a 34” scrub path, offers all the performance of the disk scrubbers plus the ability to sweep while scrubbing. The3700 cylindrical picks up wood chips, bottle tops, nails, broken glass, gravel, metal chips, and dumps the debris in an easy slide out hopper.
TOMCAT rider scrubbers can be equipped with our exclusive “Down Pressure Control System”. The pressure selection is made with the manager’s key, and cannot be changed by the operator. This permits managers to “lockout” the stripping power setting, so new operators don’t make mistakes. We offer the system with the manager’s key replaced with a simple knob.
Tomcats are constructed of heavy gauge steel to protect your investment. Each part is specially plated an/or powder painted to resist corrosion. The 50 gallon poly tanks have thick walls for strength. Steel bumpers protect the scrubhead and front end from collision damage. Fasteners that are exposed to corrosion are all made of stainless steel. The Tomcats are available in standard form, or in super-heavy-duty “H.D” versions. The HD’s have roller protection, stripping/scrubbing motors, and bigger batteries.

Every Manufacturer claims to have equipment that is easy to maintain. Tomcat actually backs up that claim with the following features:- 2” diameter vacuum hose is 80% larger than 1.5” and therefore less likely to clog.
- Drain hose is 2” diameter, the plug is mounted so it won’t get lose, or removed below the water line.
- Cleanout door allows sludge to be removed.
- Bumper protects squeegee from collision.

The operator sites in an adjustable mid-back chair in the center of the machine, for perfect visibility, and can enter or exit from either side. Hit reverse and the squeegee instantly lifts off the floor and into a recess in the rear bumper for protection against reverse collisions.
We offer a presweep with dual side brooms and dust control. It is easily removed or installed with just two wing nuts. We also offer, for cleaning in remote areas, a complete line of hand tools, including vac wands, spray hoses, and powered scrub wands. |
